Door #6 in my French Door series. Mixed Media: Painted in watercolor on AquaBord 16x20 Original framed in Ampersand Floater Frame 17x21. It has been sealed with Clear Acrylic spray for protection. This was the 2nd visit to St. Jean de Luz and I have painted a series of the Floats and Nets from the docks in this town as well. The shadows from the roofline, the metal fence and plants were what attracted me to this door as well as the red color.
