Watercolor painting. There is something about shadows that intrigues me and I photograph way too many to ever paint them all. I liked the diagonal design and simplicity of this photo. It really was fun painting this one in particular because I knew I would paint it. These cyclists were participating in the 2017 Amgen TOC race.
