14 1/2 x 16 matted/framed 22x24 Watercolor and Gouache Amgen Tour of California race was not only a great race to watch newcomers emerging to the world of professional cycling but I got some great shots. There were days when the wind moved the cyclists around and it made for great shadows. This group was in the breakaway and the wind was blowing quite strong -- moving the cyclists in this pattern. I painted this smaller late last summer but wanted to paint it larger.
